“BIENNIALSANDEDUCATION is an independent non-profit platform that was published in 2014 to create an awareness of the role of education in the context of contemporary art biennials worldwide. We will afford a discussion, and an exchange of information and expertise for education professionals and practitioners. Besides the artistic and curatorial practice, we will focus on the educational work, which is characterized by autonomy and interdependency at the same time. The blog is the first part of the large term project BIENNIALSANDEDUCATION. We are looking for new forms of discussion/presentation to think about common concepts, programmes, methods, media and the experience with different involved players as such as the art mediators, audience, artists, and curators.
